Hello everyone!
I am absolutely thrilled to announce an exciting new summer project specifically geared towards children. Recognizing a void in the children’s arena, especially during this month when we see some of the worst influences imposed upon our young ones, I felt a strong need to create something positive and enriching for them.
Let me share what inspired this project.
First and foremost, I love children. For a while now, I’ve wanted to create a project that promotes the development of their minds in the best, most relevant, and healthy ways. This idea was inspired by my own childhood experiences. Summers were a delightful blend of outdoor adventures and indoor activities. After tiring ourselves out playing outside, we’d come in and read away the afternoon.
With that childhood memory recapped, I am excited to introduce the Shepherdess Summer Camp Kit.
What’s Inside the Shepherdess Summer Camp Kit?
The Shepherdess Summer Camp Kit is a home-based activity bundle designed to provide an engaging, educational experience that your child can enjoy from the safety and comfort of your home. Here’s what’s included:
- Three Hardcopy Books: These books come with complimentary read-aloud sessions.
- Three Fun Activities: Each activity is designed to complement the themes of the books.
- Virtual Camp Classroom Platform: Your child will have access to a safe, child-friendly virtual camp where I will guide them through each book and activity with entertaining and interactive videos.
The virtual camp includes six videos in total, and you’ll have lifetime access to unlimited replays.
The Shepherdess Art Contest
To make the Shepherdess Summer Camp even more exciting, the kit includes an application to the Shepherdess Art Contest. Each child will have the opportunity to enter a photo of their artwork into a drawing, with a chance to win a grand prize: a 9-book bundle and Shepherdess Child’s Tee!
Sponsorship Opportunities
I understand that some of my followers might not have children or may be in a position where finances are tight. To bridge this gap, I’ve created an opportunity for sponsorships. If you’d like to see a child enjoy this unique opportunity, you can become a sponsor. Conversely, if you’re not in a financial position to afford the camp, you can apply to receive a sponsorship.
Please ensure that sponsorship applications reflect true need. Once the window to purchase the summer camp kit closes, I will pair sponsors with applications, and the opportunity to buy will no longer be available.
