In Salad Bar Beef Joel Salatin outlines the principles of regenerative agriculture at such a base level that (I believe) anyone can latch on and become a farmer.
Salad Bar Beef gave me the courage to begin rotational grazing a failing flock of Dorper Sheep. Using principles outlined in this book I began managing livestock with no previous experience and watched them come back to life!
