My favorite cheesemaking book by far! I would say it’s worth more than ten other cheesemaking books! So refreshing after other books all telling me what to do but never explaining why. I’ve made cheeses from this book that had my brother begging me to make it again, cheeses that shocked my family how easy they were, cheeses that were so quick yet you couldn’t believe how good, and cheeses that lasted over a year and a half in the fridge! Info you won’t find anywhere else.
