In an effort to produce nutrient dense meat with the fewest inputs we graze Hank Will Landrace sheep. These sheep are selected for good mothering, excellent foraging, and excellent parasite resistance. These sheep move daily to fresh grass on our leased pastures. This management practice and selective breeding produces gentle, moderately framed animals.
